In Australia, the maximum legal speed for electric scooter in public spaces is 10 km/h on footpaths and 25 km/h on bicycle paths, bicycle lanes, shared paths and local roads. By unlocking your YADEA G10 e-scooter speed limit, you agree to the following:
- You accept full responsibility for complying with all government regulations.
- I understand that by unlocking or modifying the speed settings of YADEA G10 e-scooter, the maximum speed and power output will be increased beyond the manufacturer's default settings.
- I understand that unlocking speed may violate local laws and regulations regarding e-scooter usage, including speed limits, registration, and use on public roads. It is my responsibility to ensure that my e-scooter is compliant with all applicable laws in my jurisdiction.
- I acknowledge that increasing the speed limit may lead to higher risks, including but not limited to increased potential for accidents, loss of control, and injury. I assume all responsibility for any damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur as a result of this modification.
- You agree that Kimberley Innovation Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any fines, penalties, injuries, damages, or legal consequences arising from the use of YADEA G10 e-scooter in a non-compliant configuration.
- I acknowledge that unlocking the YADEA G10 speed may void the manufacturer’s warranty and affect any maintenance agreements.
